Special guest speaker/vendor will be Terry Kowalczuk, owner of Flora Peculia. Terry is known to have perhaps the largest retail collection of Neofinetia falcata (fukurin) in Canada. He has a passion in preserving and presenting in Japanese form, and has over 100 varieties.

Hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, salads and more will be available.
